These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of the STR Social website and social media management services (the 'Services'). By using our website or engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree with any part of these Terms, please don't use our website or Services.

STR Social provides done-for-you social media content creation, scheduling, and posting for short term rental hosts and property managers, using photos and materials supplied by the client. Specific deliverables, posting frequency, and included platforms are outlined in the plan or agreement provided at the time of signup.

You retain full ownership of the photos, videos, and other materials you provide to us ('Client Content'). By submitting Client Content, you grant STR Social a limited license to use, edit, and publish that content on your behalf across the social media platforms covered by your plan.

You confirm that you have the right to share any Client Content you provide, including any photos featuring guests, and that you have obtained appropriate permission where required.

Our services are billed on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing cycle. Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable, but no further charges will be made after cancellation.

Our Services involve posting content to third-party platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, algorithm changes, or account restrictions imposed by these platforms, as they are outside of our control. You are responsible for maintaining active, accessible accounts on any platform we post to on your behalf.

While we work to create high-quality, consistent content aimed at growing your visibility and bookings, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as follower growth, engagement, or booking volume, as these depend on many factors outside our direct control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, STR Social shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or Services. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the fees paid by you in the month the claim arose.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated 'last modified' date on this page. Continued use of our website or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
